QUINTET

The Anatolian Wind Quintet came together in the year 2014, already has a unique style in performing and arranging the most important pieces that were composed for quintet, also by the Turkish composers, making it’s name known in Turkey as well as in the World arena.Our goal is to inspire the composers about the quintet music and to introduce the Anatolian values to Turkey as well as to the rest of the World. On the repertoire, the Anatolian Wind Quintet has folkloric songs compiled based on the rich traditional musical pieces. The Quintet also performs some unique pieces that came to date from centuries before and one of the major goals of the Anatolian Wind Quintet is to arrange and perform the pieces composed by the composers that belong to the Anatolian Civilizations.
