Ufuk Soygürbüz was born in 1985. He began his oboe study in 1999 with Massimo Sassetto, Oleg Yakuboviç in Bilkent University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts and graduated in 2007 under the supervision of Ayşe Sezer. In 2008, he was accepted to master’s degree program in Bilkent University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts under the supervision of Selçuk Akyol. During this period of his study, he joined several orchestras; Bilkent University Youth Orchestra , Baskent Chamber Orchestra, Bursa State Symphony, Eskişehir State Symphony, Turkish-Greek Youth Symphony Orchestra, Bilkent Symphony Orchestra some are conducted by famous conductors such as Vladimir ASHKENAZY. He joined many concerts as a guest orchestra member and soloist in Turkey and in abroad.  He worked as a member of “Antalya State Opera and Ballet Orchestra”  between 2006-2013 and he was teaching  “Chamber Music” in State Conservatory Antalya. He is also a member of Bilkent Wind Ensemble. He is working in State Opera and Ballet Samsun since 2013.
